Physical books are shipped via a courier contracted by our distributor. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a possible tracking number.
Delivery times
Indicative delivery times are: 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Digital books
Digital books (EPUB/PDF) are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link sent to your email.
Issues
Sometimes shipments are delayed or even lost. If this happens, write to us at hola@prometeabtc.com and we'll sort it out. If a shipment is returned to us for not being collected in time, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
